Brian Levredge is an experienced real estate investor with a diverse background in various fields of real estate, across different markets, spanning over 15 years.
Before moving to Chattanooga from Los Angeles, CA Brian had studied Real Estate Planning and Development at the University of Southern California.
He was a general contractor specializing in custom home construction in the Los Angeles area before he moved into renovating and assisting in the repositioning of multi family properties for L’Abri Management in both Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Brian began investing in the Chattanooga market in 2009 and subsequently moved to Chattanooga in late 2012 and has aggressively grown his portfolio since then.
He is a principal owner of First Property Management in Chattanooga TN, a start-up that since its inception a few years ago has grown to over 800 units under management and has one of the better reputations in the Chattanooga market. In addition to owning/operating rentals, Brian also renovates and flips single family homes; builds spec, new construction; and structures syndicated real estate transactions.
He is a past board member of the Chattanooga Real Estate Investors Association from 2013-2017 and served a term as President.
